I love the tast of the sweet and the sour and this smoothie is a perfect combination of the two taste elements. It is also a nice way to enjoy a quick breakfast to get some energy and nutritions. Pour the smoothie in a glass and drink with a sustainable straw or make yourself a nice smoothie bowl with fresh berries, fruits, seeds and nuts as topping! Smoothies are an excellent way to have something to eat in the morning if you’re not a morning-hungry person or as a quick fuel before or after a work-out.
- Half teaspoon of Acaí pulp or powder
- 1 handful of frozen or fresh mixed berries
- 1 banana
- 1 cup water or coconut water
- 1 teaspoon argave syrup
- Zest from an organic lemon
Blend all of the ingrediens into a yummy and smooth texture. Add more argave or lemon zest if needed.
